Most organizations associate Lean with the following tools: 5S, Kanban, 1 piece flow, etc. These tools are great! But unless you are familiar with them, their impact can be marginal. Rising Potential shows organizations how to use these tools and how to identify obstacles that would otherwise prevent them from reaching their objectives.
Our goal when working with organizations is to foster a culture of continual improvement. To “discover” where you want to go, you must first know where you are and where you want to be. Often there is a gap between the two. Rising Potential can teach you how to leverage Lean tools to uncover what is creating the gap between your current situation and where you want to be.
