Claudia Dail
Claudia Dail has a passion for helping people succeed in realizing their full potential. As
a coach, she has worked with new business owners, experienced
salespeople, and those just entering management or sales professions. Each person
she has worked with has moved forward—often further than they ever anticipated or
thought possible. Coaching can help anyone who is open to possibilities.
Claudia has over 20 years of experience in sales, management, and customer service training. She was responsible for opening two branches of a Fortune 500 company, managing several of its offices and working to train and motivate staff and management. She has worked in human resources for 15 years and is nationally certified as a Professional in Human Resources.
Claudia is certified as an Empowerment Coach by the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC). She is also an Accredited Consultant trained in the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment. In addition, Claudia has formal training in Business Administration.
